The new façade of the “Makarounes” restaurant in Peristeri showcases a modern aesthetic combined with a welcoming atmosphere. The combination of metal lines, glass surfaces and natural materials offers an elegant result.
The lighting is designed to highlight the detail of the façade, while the living greenery at its base creates a balance between the modern and the natural. The large glass surfaces invite the visitor to glance into the tasteful interior, building anticipation for an exceptional experience.
Interior Design.
The concept is based on connecting the kitchen with the visitor, creating a sense of intimacy and warmth.
In the first proposal, the wood and open shelving give the space a warm, friendly and familiar character. Transparency and naturalness strengthen the connection with the surroundings and emphasise the handmade feel of the food.
In the second proposal, the black metal frame with diagonal patterns and the textured glass lend a more modern, industrial aesthetic. This proposal creates a more enclosed, mysterious character, letting the visitor’s imagination “work” through the shadows of the objects behind the glass.
